How to Use the CupMate

To use the CupMate is really easy. Fill the container with water and place your menstrual disc inside. Heat it in the microwave according to the included instructions. Allow it to cool before removing the disc. Microwave sterilization is a fast and effective way to ensure your L’unica menstrual disc is hygienic and safe. After sterilization, rinse with water.
